Genesys Club Membership
- You will gain automatic membership into the Genesys Club from the moment you sign up with any one of our online casinos. Participating online casinos are: Lucky Creek, Grand Eagle Casino, Mandarin Palace, Treasure Mile.
- Non-depositing players who use the “Practice Play” mode at these casinos above will not be eligible for claiming rewards from the Genesys Club loyalty program.
- Our loyalty tier levels are, in ascending order: Newbie, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum.
- In order to qualify for rewards on a particular loyalty tier at any given time, you will need to have gained the tier status in question. Points required to enter each tier level are indicated here.
- Once you have moved up to a new tier status, you will no longer be eligible for rewards from the previous, lower tier. Special exclusion: if found to be in contravention of another term on this site with regards to claiming a particular casino reward, you may be offered a lower reward which is likely to be equivalent to the reward offered on a lower tier that you have already passed.
Earning and Redeeming with our Loyalty Points
- Each one of our participating casinos will reflect your loyalty points and progress online, while you play.

Birthdays and Tier Welcome Bonuses
- To qualify for your Birthday or Tier Welcome Bonus, you will need to have deposited an amount (or amounts) equivalent to the value of that same bonus in the last 3 months before it is due to you. For example: $75 in deposits in the 3 months before your Birthday or on the Silver tier, $150 in deposits in the 3 months before your Birthday on the Gold, or $250 in deposits in the 3 months before your birthday on the Platinum tier. Maximum Withdrawal on Each Loyalty Tier
- Maximum Withdrawal: deposit bonuses rewarded to you by the Genesys Club loyalty program carry a maximum cash out of $250 for Silver, $500 for Gold, and $1000 for Platinum tiers respectively.
- Please note that this refers specifically and exclusively to the loyalty Tier Welcome Bonus and Birthday Bonuses. Winnings accrued from Loyalty point bonuses that have been redeemed will have a maximum withdrawal of $100 once wagering requirements have been met.
Tournament and Leaderboard Terms
- By registering for any one of our tournaments or leaderboard competitions, you agree to the general as well as relevant promotional terms and conditions of the Genesys Club online casinos.
- Our standard Bonus Terms and Conditions will apply to any bonus money won during freeroll tournaments or at the end of a leaderboard competition.
- While the Genesys Club endeavors to ensure a smooth gaming experience at all times, the group cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of software error messages, interruptions in internet connectivity or casino software issues.
- The Genesys Club reserves the right to cancel a tournament or casino leaderboard at any time.
- Should there be a discrepancy between the general casino terms and conditions and those of a particular tournament or leaderboard competition, the general terms and conditions will always take precedence.
- A player can sign up for a tournament right up to the last minute before the games begin. Remember: it is your responsibility to be ready to begin play when the tournament starts.
- You can register for a leaderboard competition at any time before it commences or while it is in progress. This does not affect your chances of winning at all as points are amassed based on your wagering and not on the actual time spent playing while on the leaderboard.
- In case of a cancelled tournament of which a buy-in was required, all players will be reimbursed. It is, however, your responsibility to attend any tournament you have signed up for. No monies or loyalty points will be returned should you be absent for play for any reason.

8.1 By playing at The Genesys Club, it is deemed that you have read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions for Bonuses, Tournaments, Competitions and Promotions, as well as the Terms and Conditions that govern any specific promotions at The Genesys Club. 8.4.1 A player is only permitted to claim one free bonus offer on their casino account, where no deposit is required. This includes free money offers and free spins offers. Should a player claim more than one free bonus offer (in succession without making a purchase at the specific casino in question), any winnings generated from this bonus will be null and void. Players from the following countries may only play slot games with any purchase match bonus claimed. Any other game played with a purchase match bonus, will result in any winnings being forfeited and the deposit being refunded back to the player. Exception: Where free money was used by players from the United Kingdom, Denmark, and Greece, a maximum withdrawal of $50 applies. PLEASE NOTE that all wire transfer fees are paid by the casino, however there are some correspondence fees that exist and they are beyond our control. These fees are based on your local bank policy.
